Best Workout exercises to build muscle for football?
What would I need and what exercises. I am planning to purchase a organisation like a bow-flex saved my money. Everything so that in the upper back muscle, pectoral fins and forearm muscles / arm can build muscle? This is for football btw. I need to get in shape. I’m pretty skinny, so I plan to do low reps and heavy weights to build muscle mass, rather than endurance / tinted. So any tips, exercises, training or preferred device do you use?
